Surrounded by beautiful country views, the cottage was converted into a spacious & comfortable holiday home in 2006, there is a spacious parking area to the front and to the rear a large south west facing garden with pool[unheated],sun loungers, dining facilities and gazebo.
The famous 'Lascaux Caves' are approximately 2kms up the hillside and you are an easy walk into Montignac centre where there are numerous bars & good restaurants serving regional cuisine and varied menus to suit all tastes, there are the usual shops, banks, poste etc, and plenty of outside dining in town or by the river to sit and watch the world go by. For the energetic there's canoe/kayak, quad or cycle hire,[this is a popular area with cyclists],crazy golf, tennis or beautiful designated woodland and country walks.
The area has plenty to offer whatever your age and in the evening walk into town to sample one of the bars or restaurants, alternatively just have a barbecue by the pool, with a glass or two of wine listening to the crickets and soaking up the wonderful sunset views.
